1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Winsome Toys World. By accessing or using the site, or by submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Business Use Only

This is a business-to-business website. It is intended for importers, distributors, retailers, brand owners and other trade buyers. It is not a consumer retail shop, does not sell to end consumers, and does not accept consumer orders through the site.

3. Quotations, Pricing and Orders

• Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. All prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and specifications shown or quoted are indicative and subject to confirmation in writing.
• Quotations are prepared per inquiry and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Quotations depend on quantity, materials, packaging, tooling and prevailing costs, including freight and applicable duties.
• An order is only binding once both parties have signed a written order confirmation or sales contract and any agreed deposit has been received.
• Product images are for reference. Slight variation in colour, finish and packaging may occur between production batches.

4. Product Compliance and Buyer Responsibility

We manufacture to the specifications agreed in writing and can support testing and certification for a stated target market. The buyer is responsible for confirming which regulations, labelling rules and certifications apply in the destination market, and for obtaining any import licence, registration or clearance required there. Requirements vary by market and by product category; toy regulations in particular change frequently.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — text, product photography, designs, logos and layout — belongs to Winsome Toys World or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
• Where you send us artwork, drawings, trademarks or tooling specifications, you confirm you hold the rights to use them. We will use them only to produce your order and will not resell or redistribute them.
• We recommend signing a non-disclosure and non-use agreement before sharing original designs or tooling drawings.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable export, sanctions or customs laws.
• Submit false, misleading or third-party information through any inquiry form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content at scale, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including product listings, without notice. We may also update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest revision.

8. Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on indicative information published on this site. Liability arising from a confirmed order is governed by the terms of the applicable sales contract, not by this page.

9. Governing Terms for Disputes

Any dispute relating to a confirmed order is governed by the law and the dispute resolution clause stated in the corresponding sales contract. Disputes relating solely to use of this website are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with the competent court at our registered place of business having jurisdiction.
