Plastic toys are the core of what Chenghai does, and what we have the deepest production history in. Injection moulding, assembly, decoration and packing all sit in the same industrial cluster, which is why tooling-to-shipment times here are shorter than almost anywhere else.

What We Produce

• Vehicle and track sets - catapult tracks, loop sets and die-cast vehicle playsets
• Novelty and impulse lines - low-cost items for counter and promotion programmes
• Mechanical action toys - launchers, catapults and moving-part playsets
• Assembly sets - multi-part plastic builds with printed instructions

Tooling and Moulds

We develop moulds in-house, which means the shape of your product is a design decision rather than a constraint. For buyers with existing moulds we can quote on those directly; for new concepts we will quote tooling cost, tooling lead time and per-unit cost separately so you can see the full picture and plan amortisation.

Materials

Products in this range are produced in ABS, PP and PVC depending on the application, with non-toxic finishes and colour matching to your artwork. If a market requires a specific material declaration or restricted-substance statement, tell us at the brief stage.

Compliance

Standard testing is EN 71 and ASTM F963 / CPSIA, with Prop 65 where relevant for US retail and G-Mark and SABER files for GCC. Test reports come from accredited third-party labs and are issued in the name of your company where you prefer.

Ordering

Vehicle and track sets usually run on cartons of 12-24 pieces with window or colour box packaging. Tell us the target price, carton quantity and market, and we will come back with a costed quote, MOQ and lead time.
