Plush is the most design-driven category we produce. Two buyers can order the same 20 cm animal and end up with products that sell at completely different price points, purely because of fabric, stuffing density and finish.

How Custom Plush Actually Works
You send a reference photo, a drawing or a physical sample. We produce a paper pattern, then a pre-production sample in your chosen fabric. You approve the sample (the golden sample), and mass production follows from it. The sample stage is where colour, softness, stitch density and safety attachments get locked - it is worth spending time there.
Safety Points Buyers Ask About
Plush is where small parts and fibre filling rules bite hardest. We use locked stitches on eyes and noses rather than glue, and test to EN 71-1/-2/-3 and ASTM F963 / CPSIA, including the flammability and fibre-fill requirements. Lab reports are issued by accredited third parties, and we can add GCC G-Mark and SABER files.
Minimums and Lead Time
Plush minimums depend on the number of colours and whether the pattern is new. Simpler animal shapes start lower; detailed multi-fabric characters need more. Lead time runs about 30-40 days after sample approval.
