Electronic toys are the category where a cheap decision at the design stage costs the most later. Charging circuits, battery compartments and radio modules all have to clear safety standards, and if they do not, no amount of good packaging saves the shipment.

The Testing That Matters

Electrical toys need EN 62115 alongside the usual EN 71 and ASTM F963 / CPSIA approvals. In practice that means the battery compartment must be screw-fixed for younger age grades, the charger must meet the relevant standard, and the radio module has to be certified for the countries you sell into. We plan all of this before tooling, not after.

OEM and ODM

The fastest route is to take an existing chassis and change body colour, decals, frequency and packaging. New body shells can be tooled, and we will quote the mould cost separately so you can see what you are paying for. Private label packaging, instruction sheets in your language and own-brand controllers are all standard options.
