Construction toys live or die on part count and price. A 1,000-piece set and a 300-piece set can come out of the same moulds, but they sell to different buyers at different price points. Because we control moulds in-house, we can build a set to your number rather than only offering what already exists.

Set Composition Is the Product

When buyers ask for a price, they usually mean a piece count and a box. The real work is deciding which shapes go in, in what ratio, and what the box claims the child can build. We will propose a composition that matches your target retail price and produces something a child can actually assemble from the instructions.

Moulds, Colours and Tooling

We hold moulds for common block shapes, so most projects need no tooling spend at all - only colour changes, which are straightforward. New or licensed shapes are tooled per project, and we quote that separately and transparently.

Compliance

Blocks are a classic small-parts category. Lines are tested to EN 71-1/-2/-3 and ASTM F963 / CPSIA, including the relevant mechanical and physical tests, with G-Mark and SABER documentation for GCC shipments.
